Income: Here you can add all your income transactions for any of your company.




Managing, Adding and Editing Income.

Creating new income has been explained in the below fields.

Date: Select Date for this transaction. Date format MM/DD/YYYY.

Income Type: Select or create a Income Type. Example: Sales / Advertising.

Create New Category: You can easily create or add new category for your income type.

Item Description: A short description can be add to your income type for your convenient use.

Tax: Select Tax Type Applied.

Tax Amount: Tax Automatically calculated from the Sub Total Amount.

TDS Deducted Percentage: Enter the percentage, buyer has deducted. Use a number.

TDS Deducted Amount: TDS Deducted Amount Automatically calculated.

Discount Percentage: Enter the discount percentage, buyer has been offered. Use a number.

Discount Amount: Enter Discount Amount offered to buyer.

Payment Gateway Percentage: Enter the Payment gateway commission percentage on your total amount.

Payment Gateway Amount: Enter Discount Amount offered to buyer.

Shipping Amount: Enter Shipping Amount charged to buyer.

Grand Total: Grand Total Automatically calculated.

Select Buyer: You can select your buyer name from your buyers list.

Add New Customer: Add new buyer name to your buyers list.

Buyer’s Bank Name: Enter buyer’s bank name where money transferred from.

Cheque / Reference No.: Enter instrument number or cheque number or bank reference number for payment clearance.

Deposited to Bank: Select the bank which payment is made from.

Payment Received To: Select the company which you have paid from…

Payment Mode from Customer: Select the payment paid by mode.

Bill / Invoice No.: Enter Vendor’s Invoice / Bill number for this purchase.

Payment Status: Mark payment as paid or pending.

Invoice Template: Select Invoice Template, you can later edit also.

Invoice Special Note: If you want to mention anything special in Invoices, please do it here. Example, Thank you for business.

Employee: Select the employee who has gotten this sale.


Managing Income:

New Feature:

Duplicate Income Record: If you always get recurring business from your customers, then you do not have to create all over again. Just go to Manage Income page. Search buyer or your customer username in the buyer search field, when the record appears then you see an icon as Clone / Copy, click on it. Easily, the new income will be duplicated with current’s date.

Click on Copy Icon to Duplicate Income record

Note: All details will be exact as previous one, hence you need to edit your bill number, payment reference number and if other details are changed such as bank, company, then you may have to change that as well as per your requirement.

Rest you can view all important fields mentioned, to view additional details click on MORE INFO button. You can also export your income report in XLS and PDF format.


Editing Income:

The fields are all same as creating new income, change the required field as per your requirement.


Note: While exporting, keep the date range to monthly basis rather than selecting the entire year. It is recommended to download monthly income report in XLS and PDF format using the search date from and date to option.
